[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]房子位於 Mitchell Park 5043 (離CBD 15-20分鐘車程, Marion Shopping Centre 5分鐘車程)的小區裡面).
出门不到30秒有公車站
[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]由於不在主路旁邊, 晚上小區很安靜 & 安全. 另外小區有大量停車位, 停車不是問題.

[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]房租是$240/week 全包!! ( 包水,電,煤,網 ). 房間有最近升级了Queen Size Bed (Not shown on the photo), 工作用桌子以及 Built-In 大衣櫥
[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]最要的是房間自帶獨立衛浴不用跟其他室友共用.

[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]房子暫時只有一個女生室友, 絕對絕對好相處
[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]上一個室友住了整整4年多, 由於家庭原因要搬到其他State了
[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]現在只希望能找一個作息定時, 愛乾淨, 不吸煙, 好相處的好室友 (長租)

[color=rgb(0, 0, 0) !important]不用跟中介簽合同, 直接deal with 房東免除很多不必要的麻煩
